Heat oven to 350°F. Prepare
pasta according to package directions; drain well. Lightly
spray 8- or 9-inch square glass baking dish with cooking spray.
In
medium bowl, combine cooked pasta, cheese and peppers; spoon
into baking dish. In same bowl, combine sour cream, milk,
onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin and salt; mix well. Pour
over pasta mixture. Spoon tomatoes evenly over top. In small
bowl, combine wheat germ, bread crumbs, remaining 1/4 teaspoon
cumin and margarine; sprinkle evenly over tomatoes.
Bake
30 minutes or until heated through.
