Heat
oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 8-inch square glass baking
dish with cooking spray.
In
large bowl, combine spinach with liquid, wheat germ, cheese,
onions, 1/4 cup walnuts, nutmeg and water. Spread 1/2 cup
sauce in bottom of baking dish. Spoon spinach mixture into
cooled shells, dividing equally. Arrange in baking dish; pour
remaining sauce over shells.
Bake
covered 30 to 35 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and shells
are heated through. Remove from oven; sprinkle with remaining
walnuts.
